3CX adds Official Support for Grandstream

Grandstream and 3CX are actively engaged in working towards official support and compatibility between their solutions. As a distributor for both 3CX and Grandstream solutions our team at Soft Solutions is excited with this new level of intermobility and support and can’t wait to see what new features come to both the 3CX and Grandstream platforms. With the new firmware Grandstream phones will have the ability to define VLAN tags, use hotdesking, use the 3CX Web Client with CSTA, auto login from the 3CX management console, Let’s Encrypt SSL support with Grandstream phones and much more. 3CX Basic and Advanced Training in Auckland – 12th and 13th March 2018

3CX will be conducting Basic and Advanced certification training in Auckland next month. This training is open to all new or active 3CX Partners and is aimed at pre-sales and support technical personnel tasked with the responsibility of promoting, installing, configuring, maintaining and supporting 3CX client installations. This training will contain material for passing both the 3CX Basic, 3CX Intermediate and 3CX Advanced Certification. We expect seats to fill very quickly and recommend RSVP’ing for the event ahead of time. Registrations will go live soon so please stay tuned for our announcement email.

3CX v15.5 SP3 in BETA

3CX have just released a new blog post around upcoming features in a future service pack release. SP3 will include new support for ipv6, new conference call and interface improvements, integration with Zoho CRM and numerous bug fixes.
