3CX Cloud Server replaces 3CX Multi-tenant Console
Following the recent release of version 12 of the 3CX Phone System, 3CX have announced 3CX Cloud Server Release Candidate 1. 3CX Cloud server replaces the old Multi-tenant version of 3CX Phone System 11. It not only runs 3CX Phone System v12 rather then v11, but has been greatly improved to allow 3CX partners to host 3CX Phone System as a hosted PBX for customers. New features include:

3CX Session Border Controller for Raspberry Pi should be downloaded via the repository using apt-get. For more details consult the configuration guide.
3CX Phone System PRO now includes all CRM Plugins
3CX Phone System PRO now includes Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage ACT!, SugarCRM and Google Contacts support. CRM integration allows for easy one click dialling of customer contacts and automatically resolves incoming calls to a customer record. All calls are logged / journalled in the CRM system to allow for extensive reporting on calls received and made by agents and staff.
Version 11 keys no longer available
License keys for version 11 are no longer available. All licenses being issued are now for version 12. If you have an existing version 11 license and you wish to change your license size, you must upgrade your installation to version 12 before you can order a license change. If you upgrade to version 12, ensure you have current maintenance so that the new version activates successfully.
